COVID-19 and your pet’s care

Update as of July 1: We are opened with normal services but are taking precautions as advised by the CDC and local health officials. We are following extra cleaning protocols, social distancing and asking all pet owners to please wear masks when in our facility. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
Update as of May 28: We are re-opened with normal hours, limited grooming and kennels open – but limiting access to the lobby.
Update as of April 8: In response to COVID-19 restrictions and in order to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy, we have made the following changes: We are open for emergencies only and our NEW Hours are as follows: 8:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday) 7:30am-12:00 Noon (Saturday) We will still be able to fill prescriptions, monthly flea, tick, and heartworm medications, and food. We will not be doing the following during this time: – Elective Surgeries – Baths (Splish Splash or Full) – Grooming – Nail Trims or Nail Files – Boarding (Overnight or Day) – Annuals (Exams, Vaccinations, Parasite Checks, or Heartworm Tests)
If you have an emergency, or need prescriptions or food, please call us first at 601.656.6692 and we will be happy to assist you! You can also visit our online store for certain medications and food items. We thank you all for your understanding and can’t wait to see all of our clients and their furbabies when this is all over! We hope you all stay safe and healthy during these times.
